Other things to note Country Cabin – Shared Property with Privacy & Convenient Amenities The Country Cabin is situated on our 100-acre family-owned farm, which includes three additional rental units: the Country Suite, Barn Studio, and Tiny Home. These units are thoughtfully spaced to ensure privacy for each guest. While the Country Cabin is located near the Country Suite and the farmhouse, we prioritize guest privacy, and all units are equipped with blinds for your convenience. Please note: For a better understanding of the layout, we have included photos of the property, including the locations of all rental units, in the additional and backyard sections. We ask that all guests respect the privacy of other units during their stay. Family Farm & Event Space Our property also includes the family farmhouse and a rustic wedding and event barn (Fermanagh Farms). From May to November, our event barn hosts weddings, and we may also conduct weekend tours of the venue for prospective clients. While we make every effort to ensure minimal disruption, please be advised that there may be events or tours taking place during your stay. You will be notified of any scheduled events at the time of booking. Natural Setting & Property Environment While we do our best to maintain a comfortable indoor environment, please be aware that as a rural property, there may occasionally be ladybugs, flies, or mice, despite our efforts to control them using traps. Location & Nearby Attractions The Country Cabin is not located near a lake or river and does not offer swimming facilities. However, Centennial Beach in Barrie is approximately 40 minutes away, and Innisfil Beach is 30 minutes away for guests seeking aquatic recreation. Additionally, the Country Cabin is an excellent base for exploring nearby attractions: Canada’s Wonderland: Just 15 minutes away, perfect for families and thrill-seekers. Palgrave/Caledon Equestrian Park: Located 15 minutes from the cabin, ideal for those visiting with horse trailers. We also offer space and electricity for camper trailers. North Toronto K9 Centre in King Township and Tamsu Learning near Tottenham are both within a 15-minute drive for dog training or learning opportunities.
