When you book a vacation home with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking along with completing a verification process. A dog guest fee charge of $145 will apply (emotional support included and feline friends are prohibited). Our rental agreement is included prior to completing your reservation and will supersede the cancellation policies listed on some booking sites.
