There is a very large yard and spacious patio with an outdoor kitchen and stainless gas grill. There are 1800 Sq ft with laminate and tile flooring throughout home, area rugs only. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The den is large with comfortable furniture. It is freshly painted, neat, and clean! There is enough room for your guests to spread out. There are 3 smart TV’s for your enjoyment and entertainment. There are no stairs, the house is walk-in friendly. There is a walk-in in shower in the primary bedroom suite and a jacuzzi bathtub in the hall bath. Guest access Guests will have full use of home- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family room, kitchen,laundry, patio and garage. Owner will reserve use of office only, which can be accessed by patio door. Other things to note We have a small business at the rear of premises. We have 2 longtime employees that build and install fences 7:30-3:30 Monday- Friday. The 2 workers are frequently away installing gates and fences during the day. Quiet operations when in the shop!
