The number of people requested to stay is the reservation capacity. We do not allow outside guests of any kind for any reason. The hot tub is not operational right now. We have a no pet policy. It is in the ideal Hudson Valley location and only 1.30 hours from NYC. Guest access There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles in a trundle bed. One full bath with a bathtub on the main level. The upper level of the home is not available. Also note, the upper level will not be occupied or accessible during your stay. The living room, kitchen, dining area, and breakfast bar are all-inclusive. Washer and dryer are on the premises for all of your cleaning needs. Please note, we have a small Roku TV in the house to use with your streaming services only. The house comes stocked with cleaning basics for your usage. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, napkins, pots & pans and other equipment. A Nespresso coffee maker, Cemex, and regular coffee machine are also available. There is a lovely porch fully furnished with an outdoor kitchen, a dining table, and lounge areas. There is a gas grill with all the necessary BBQ tools, cutlery, dishes, and essentials to have a beautiful dinner. There is no HOT TUB at this time. *Please note we do have neighbors and we respect their privacy. Guests should not explore off the property. The property boundaries are marked with stakes and guests could be held liable for trespassing. Please stay on the property. In addition, there is a strict curfew of 8pm for ALL outdoor activities by the town of Lloyd Ny. Please see house rules for details.
