The space Guests have private access to a 3 bedroom home that has a screen porch, outdoor patio, the kitchen is stocked with: dishes, pots, pans, small appliances, silverware and utensils etc. Spices, oil, condiments, coffee, tea available) living room, dining room and one bath. Secondary bath and laundry room will not be available until April 2025. Your space has 2 private entrances. One front door entrance and the patio screen porch door. My husband is still working and I am retired. During the week you may see us around. Most weekends we are up north at our other home. We can sometimes be found in our separate apartment with our own private access. At times you might see us or our guests sitting on our own private patio located on the lower level separate from your patio. Other things to note Our home faces west for the best sunsets. Roadside faces east towards farm land it is unobstructed to enjoy sunrises as you sit on a swing for two with your morning coffee. Pontoon for your use for an additional 240 per day (dawn/dusk) tank filled with gas minimum 2 day rental seats 9. Concrete steps down lake lawn/slight hill to walk if you don’t use steps. 2 steps to get into/out of home. Handicap toilet rail provided if needed located in hall closet. Hammock & outdoor games for your use. Complimentary use of kayaks, paddle boat, tandem bike. We provide basic cable in the living room.
