Get away with a group of friends or bring the whole family. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is located a short walk to 50 feet of Walloon Lake access where you can swim or launch a kayak, and borders Walloon Conservancy. Try some golf or cool off at the waterpark in Boyne. Shop the specialty stores, galleries and bistros in Charlevoix, or Petoskey. All are just minutes away. After a bit more relaxation? Stay in and grill out. Kick back on the deck or watch a show (each bedroom has a smart TV). Other things to note The house does not have air but it does stay pretty cool. Opening the windows at night and keeping the house closed up during the day makes a huge difference!! Ceiling fans run all the time in every room. I also have a portable air conditioning unit if it really does get too hot but with keeping it closed during the day I’ve never needed it. But trust me you want to keep it closed up during the day! As far as bringing a boat… I have space to park it but I unfortunately do not have dock access. There is a launch close by but the access I have is really more for kayaks and swimming etc. and it is a very short walk away.
