Cute and quiet park model with plenty of room to move around inside. Beautiful kitchen and dining area with 2 bedrooms. Parking for up to 2 vehicles depending on size. Boats can be parked at bottom of small hill and charged there which is only steps away. Located in a quiet park that's only steps from the water where you'll find a rocky beach, beautiful clean water for swimming or a dock to fish off of. We have a grill, outdoor table and a gorgeous fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment! The space Located on a hill in the back of the park overlooking beautiful Lake Champlain. This home is approximately 400 square feet of living space with an attached porch. It has room for 2 cars but a boat will have to be parked at the bottom of the hill. It has a grill, table and the firepit on the patio in the front of the stay. You are welcome to use our dock and rocky beach front for fishing and swimming. We have games and some fishing poles available upon request. You can use the marina next door to put your boat in the water $5 or dock your boat for a fee. Guest access This entire space belongs to guest. Feel free to go outside and take the kids or furbabies for a walk around the driveway or down to the beach to enjoy the waterfront. You will be able to use the area directly in front of your stay and the backyard. You are also welcome to use the area in the middle of the front lawn of the park for games. Feel free to use the lake and our rocky beach directly in front of the park and down the hill. Other things to note *Parking-you can park up to 2 cars but a truck and fishing boat will have to park at a spot at the bottom of the hill. This stay is located in a small park in a small town in the Adirondack Coast. *Within 20 miles you will find, bike/walking trails, some mountain climbing, wineries, beaches, gyms, trails for winter riding, and some larger shopping stores. *You will need to travel up to an hour if you want amusement parks, lots of shopping, nightlife etc. *Please ask if you have any questions about certain activities etc. nearby and we will be sure to help answer your questions! If you're looking for a small town getaway to enjoy outdoor activities or just relax we are just what you're looking for! *Part of living in the country is that you may also get a visit from occasional spiders, earwigs or flies. (Although we do our best to spray regularly so this does not happen) Please let us know if you have any problems. *Our water is tested regularly and is safe to drink but it is also hard water with some iron. We do have a filter system but you may occasionally notice some particles when using ice or drinking water but this is safe.
