Knowlton Cottage is a cozy one-bedroom accommodation perched at the top of an expansive waterfront property. The house and upper grounds enjoy superb views of Mullet Bay around to St. Georges Harbour and beyond. The lower dock and lawn areas will be your sanctuary and exclusively yours. Lounging, paddleboarding, swimming, snorkeling, firepits, cocktailing and sunbathing are all possible at KC Retreat. The space A self-contained one bedroom cottage, drive up the private driveway to your St. Georges hideaway. Park your car or bike, and walk up eight steps into the combined kitchen/living room with dining table and chaise couch looking onto a 50" smart TV. The full galley kitchen contains all of the tools you need to prepare a meal. Appliances include: fridge, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker and electric kettle. In the next room, the bedroom, there is a KING sized bed (2025 update), wardrobe and dresser with shower stall bathroom ensuite. There are room darkening curtains on all windows in the bedroom. Second bathroom and washer/dryer are located in a separate room on the ground floor, connected to the cottage but accessed from the outside. This bathroom is perfect for rinsing off the salt and sand after your adventure filled day. The surrounding grounds slope down and away from the cottage towards the water. Stopping off halfway down is the Quarry Garden with its enchanting rock cuts and mature fruit trees. Continuing down towards to the water, you will find flat lawn areas adjoining a private, attractive pier and dock with easy water access. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the cottage, grounds and dock. Other things to note Two paddleboards and two pushbikes (helmets and lock included) are stored on site for use.
