Please note, we are located very close to I-20, which is highly convenient but also brings potential for noise. Dohm sound machines are available in each bedroom if needed. The space This 4/3 home is conveniently located close to I-20 in South Hills. The prior owners converted the attached garage to an efficiency apartment, so this home comes with 2 primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Don’t worry about bringing the comforts of home- we take great pride in providing plenty of TP, cleaning supplies, cooking essentials, etc! We want you to feel at home during your stay in Fort Worth! Pets are allowed with prior approval- please reach out prior to booking to ensure my home will meet your pet’s needs. We respect our neighbors so please note- no parties or gatherings of any kind are permitted. Parking is available off street in the 3 car driveway for a maximum of 3 cars. Other things to note Please know that the location of this home is very convenient but the close proximity to I-20 brings potential for noise. Dohm sound machines and ear plugs are available in each room if needed. Quiet hours are mandatory and observed from 9pm-8am daily. A security camera is located on the exterior only, facing the driveway. If staying on a Thursday, trash bins must be taken to the curb. We unfortunately only have one trash day in Fort Worth and we provide privacy during bookings by not going to the home.
