Check out our beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the City of Tonawanda, just steps away from the Niagara River & the Erie Canal. You'll find plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping close by. Our place is completely remodeled with style & has all of the amenities you'll need during your stay! The space Once you arrive, you'll admire the high ceilings, modern charm, and coziness of our 124 year old home. With a formal kitchen, dining room, living room & porch access, you'll have all the space you need. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, and whatever else you'll need if you choose to stay in and cook! There are 3 smart TVs throughout the house and board games are provided to ensure you'll be entertained during your stay. Guest access You'll have access to the side entrance hallway, the front porch & the entire apartment you booked. Other things to note NOTE: This is a 2-family home, so you will only have access to the lower apartment which is completely separate from the upstairs apartment. There is a long term tenant living in the upstairs apartment, who is very quiet and will not be of any disturbance to you during your stay! Please be mindful of noise levels with respect to the neighbors & upstairs tenant. Also, please note that the bedrooms doors are original sliding pocket doors that do not lock from the inside.
