Both bathrooms on 2nd floor. The space This apartment is nestled in a quiet and safe seaside neighborhood and includes the 2nd and 3rd floors of a beautiful historic house. Guests have a private entrance and staircase. On the first floor there is a year- round tenant with a separate entrance. Guests have two off-street parking spots directly outside the front door! One bedroom is on 2nd floor and the other bedroom is on the 3rd floor with an additional sitting area with futon option. The foldout couch located on the 2nd floor in the primary living room can be converted into an additional sleeping space. Both bathrooms are on the second floor. Due to the deck being on the third floor we require that children on the deck be accompanied by an adult at all times and the deck door be locked when not in use.
