Given the size, you will still be able to sleep comfortably after a long day outside. BATHROOM: There is one full bathroom with a tub in this studio unit. It has basic toiletries and a new set of towels for every guest. KITCHEN & DINING: Kindly note that there is only a kitchenette in the studio unit. However it is still equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a crock pot. Visit some local grocery stores and food stores just 8 to 10 minutes away from the house and store in the refrigerator. LOUNGE: It may be a studio unit, but it still has a Smart TV. So you can sit around and chat about your plans for the day. You can also sit around while watching your favorite TV shows. OUTSIDE SPACE: There is an outdoor sitting area with a small table and two chairs. You can have your morning coffee or tea while sitting outdoors. We have parking space that can fit only one car. Guest access You have your own private keyless entrance. Other things to note KINDLY READ: THIS IS IMPORTANT House Rules. No Smoking Inside, No Parties. Be kind to the neighbors. We request a $250 deposit fee which will be refunded to you one week after your stay. We just want to make sure that there were no any kinds of events held in the house during your stay and non-paid guests. If you break the no party rule, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent and your $250 won't be refunded. Suspected parties or multiple, non-paid guests visiting will be promptly removed by the owner. We keep a keen eye on things and expect to host five-star guests.
