Barn sleeps up to 25 ... either downstairs in the stalls or upstairs (bring your own bedding, inflatable mattresses, pads, hammocks etc) or pitch tents outside! We have a grill, fire pit, BBQ table and umbrella. Bring beach chairs. Barn has water, electricity and small fridge. VERY clean porta potty. The space Amazing grounds backed onto the James Goodwin forest....plus a 4 stall beautiful barn with large loft upstairs. Barn sleeps up to 25 upper and lower levels. If you choose to pitch tents outside you’ll see the brightest stars ever and fall asleep to the sounds of the two streams that flow on the property. Plenty of windows in loft and in stalls below for great air flow. Long table and benches in barn loft for games, cards, or for just hanging. AND if you are looking for a PRIVATE WEDDING venue, ( separate prices for weddings) a retreat, reunion, family gathering, group camp ..then this is it! Plenty of off street parking Very clean porta potty with hand sanitizer, running water (cold from the hose), and use of Weber grill and large fire pit. Bring your own charcoal and wood or axe to chop up fallen trees in the forest! Come listen and fall asleep to the many sounds of the forest, toads, crickets and the early morning chorus of birds. We used to own a donkey and pony but our amazing donkey Ziggy passed away last year and therefore we gave Pistol Pete the pony back to his original owner/breeder right down the street where he is happy with his brothers and sisters as he needs companionship. A lot of past reviews from 2019 mention them … but sadly they are no longer here. (Just so no one gets disappointed upon arrival). There is still an abundance of wildlife and birds around and our doggies Max and Pepper are a hoot!
