We welcome you to your stay in Room 12...a second floor room with a full sized bed and access to a private bathroom right next to your room. Comfortable shared sitting room on the same floor. We are located in beautiful Amherst, Virginia with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The space We have a total of eight guest rooms. Please note that your bathroom is not accessible from inside your room, like some of our other rooms. It is immediately next to your room and will be reserved for only you during your stay. Guest access Our guest rooms are accessed through a separate entrance. Your key will be in your room when you arrive-no in-person check in is required. During your stay We also live on the property and are available for any questions or concerns you may have during your stay. Other things to note Please note that we do not have good WIFI out here. We use our phones as hotspots to get service.
