Privately-owned duplex town home ON THE BEACH in family atmosphere beach village. You have full access to our home with all of the amenities (incl. linens, paper goods, beach chairs, beach items, etc.). We will meet you on arrival to give you a brief tour with detailed helpful information, and provide the keys. The other half of the duplex is occupied full-time by a retired couple, so we seek respectful guests only, as the neighbors will respect you. Available for weekly rental. The space Our home is oceanfront with multiple sets of stairs - both exterior to the beach and parking, and interior. Other things to note Saturday to Saturday rentals only. Price includes our linen/household and beach packages that we will provide upon request. These packages include everything you could possibly need in the home and on the beach to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Therefore, you will not have to bring anything except your personal items and a good attitude.
