Nestled on a 50 acre farm in the heart of Solebury, PA, our historic English stone cottage offers an idyllic getaway complete with private garden, spring fed pond and breathtaking sunset views. The space The cottage offers cozy leather furniture in front of the walk-in fireplace. Exposed beams, mercer tile and décor reminiscent of an old English pub add to the ambiance. The kitchen is complete with modern amenities and original charm. Follow the wooden staircase to the loft bedroom and relax in a queen sized Temperpedic bed. Enjoy the English garden views from the sunroom off of the bedroom. Fresh linens and towels are always included in your stay. To enhance your farm experience, the cottage will be stocked with our own fresh organic eggs and seasonal flowers. Guest access Nestled among tall redwood trees and giant junipers, the historic, stone cottage is the perfect, peaceful getaway! One of the original structures dating back to the 1700's, the cottage is one of the most unique stone buildings on the farm. Guests are welcome to take a walk down to the pond, visit with the chickens by the garden, and explore the open fields and wooded areas. Other things to note Please let us know if you would like the wood stove burning when you arrive. We ask that you leave the fire-tending to us!
