Even the large kitchen sink has been renovated to have a motion sensor! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the basement, office on the first floor, and storage rooms on the second floor. They also have access to a fenced in field off the back of the house (convenient for all doggos!) and a field to the right of the driveway where the fire pit area is. Enjoy! Other things to note Guests must acknowledge that 2 Golden Retriever dogs typically live on this property, although they will not be staying while guests have booked the entire house. **There are three tiny houses on the left side of the property with their own private driveway, entrance, and field. Please be mindful that there may be other guests staying there and this is not included as a part of the Adirondack Country Living house rental.** If this is something you would like to add onto your stay, please reach out to us about availability! Graduation guests- please note that the cost is $999/night and a minimum of a 2 night stay is required to book for graduations. Thank you in advance! We do our best to accommodate groups larger than 10 guests by providing an air mattress for each additional guest to use.
