Don't let this "tiny" cabin fool you, with a bedroom and loft, full kitchen and bath and large patio deck this cabin is perfect for couples and small families. We are located 30 minutes from Pensacola Beach, with a variety of unique restaurants and shops around us! With beautiful amenities, including: a pool, dog park, and fire pit - you don't even have to venture out to make memories that will last a life time! This is a brand new tiny home specifically designed for Airbnb guests. The space The cabin is a 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom. There is a main bedroom on the main level with a queen sized bed and barn door that closes. The second bedroom is located in our loft. There are two twin beds there. The bathroom is outfitted with a toilet, standing shower and sink. We provide towels and wash cloths for your stay. Please do not use the towels provided for showering for beach/pool use. The kitchen is a full kitchen with a large sink, refrigerator and oven/stove. We will provide any linens, towels, or dishes that you may need during your stay. Guest access Your cabin will be located in the Pelican Palms RV Resort. Once you arrive, drive to the back of the park and you will see 4 cabins grouped together. Your cabin is the Fourth one from the left. You should see a sign in the window that says "Bayside Bungalow". Guests will have access to all of the amenities that the park offers! Other things to note We do allow pets in our cabins - Our policy is listed below. - All pets MUST be accounted for on the reservation. There is a $75 pet fee for any kind of animal associated with your reservation. - Pets must individually weigh less than 35 lbs. - There will be no more than 2 pets - We reserve the right to ask any guest and their pet to vacate the premises if the situation warrants it!
