North Conway just rated #1 ski town in US! Less than 2 miles to downtown North Conway and Cranmore Mountain Resort this stylish and comfy cabin retreat is set on 50 peaceful acres. Attached to only one other unit this 2 Bedroom plus sleep loft offers a ton of peace and privacy. Return from a day of skiing, hiking, outlet shopping, downtown restaurants or Storyland to enjoy this homey cabin and its surroundings. The space Cabin at The Ridge is part of the Crown Ridge property in North Conway consisting of 20 condos. You will share one interior wall with another unit but everything else is private including entry, driveway and deck. The Primary bedroom up the spiral stairs includes a King bed, cable tv and en suite with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. This suite is accessed by a spiral staircase and has complete privacy from other rooms. A mini-split AC unit is newly installed. The guest room consists of a queen bed, cable tv and adjacent guest bath with shower. There is no AC unit in this bedroom but ceiling fan and floor fan. The sleep loft (listed as 3rd bedroom) is not a fully enclosed bedroom. It has 2 twin beds and is a fun place for children over 6 years of age. Due to steep ladder access the loft is not suitable for anyone younger than 6 years or anyone with mobility challenges. The kitchen has a good size dining table with chairs and benches, dishwasher, air fryer, Keurig and drip coffee maker and stack laundry. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can enjoy cooking after your active day. The living room has a comfortable sectional for cozy nights watching the game or streaming a movie from the new smart tv, a gas fireplace, console table for extra viewing seats, an Echo speaker for music playing with Amazon unlimited music, a desk/chair for your laptop, and all new lighting and window treatments. A new AC mini split unit has been installed for the living and kitchen area. In the warmer months, the deck is furnished with a bar height bistro set and rocking chair to enjoy the peaceful scenery. The outside entry has a fun ski lift chair and Adirondack’s for kicking back after an adventurous day! Please inquire with Owner about long term stay requests. Note for our previous guests: the clubhouse and pool are no longer available. Guest access Cabin at The Ridge is a private condo (attached to one other private condo with separate entrance) and you have access to entire condo. Please note this property is not ideal for people with mobility challenges and the very young kiddos due to spiral staircase, entry walkway does not currently have railing and does have some areas of repair needed (currently scheduled to be replaced/repaired but please use caution in meantime) and ladder access to loft. Other things to note We know as our guest you pay for check-out cleaning service. This is strictly a pass-through cost and as owners we do not profit at all from this and actually charge less than what we are charged. We do ask our guests some check out tasks such as taking trash to dumpster and starting dishwasher, locking doors/windows, etc and that is solely due to the fact that sometimes our cleaning crew doesn’t come on the same day as your check out and we need to make sure trash and dirty dishes don’t lead to unwanted smells and critters and that all is secured as we are not local. However, if you don’t have time to do these small requests or don’t agree with having to do them we get it completely. It’s your vacation and we don’t want you to stress over it. We do ask that if you aren’t able to do this just let us know so we can get our cleaning crew to the cabin right away. It certainly won’t impact our review of you as our guest.
