The space The 2 double bedroom first floor studio is a private self contained detached building to the owners home set in large mature wooded gardens (home to red squirrels). The studio is Scotland STL licensed for a maximum of 4 guests only (under 2yr old, exempt) and comprises open plan living room, kitchenette & dining area. Sofas, Full SkyQ (movies/sports etc) including full WIFI throughout, 4K smart tv (Netflix/YouTube), maps, books & games are available). Each of the 2 bedrooms include bed (1x double sized/ 1x queen sized) drawers, side table and wardrobe hanging space. Bathroom (sink, w/c, large power shower (no bath). Towels provided.
