The area is famous for its wine production, the most famous wine being 'Est Est Est', but also for its proximity to the picturesque Lago di Bolsena, the largest crater basin in Italy, surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves. The proximity to the lake makes this accommodation ideal for sports enthusiasts: there is the possibility of sailing, fishing, boating, paragliding, hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking. Lago di Bolsena is also suitable for swimming and is one of the cleanest lakes in Italy. Its beaches are only 1 km from the house and in Bolsena is also a tourist port.
