CASA LINDA is a charming apartment in the middle of the historical centre of Amalfi. Please note that there are about 30 steps from the main road to the apartment and indoor steps from one room to another. The space There are steps from the bustling pedestrian district and one minute from the city centre, where you will find restaurants, shops, banks, public transportation (bus and boat ports) and taxi service. The beaches are within walking distance from the apartment, and you will not need a car to stay at Casa Linda. However, if you have a car, we will provide you with a private parking garage for your convenience. Please note that the private parking garage has a fee, including the valet service. Casa Linda is a charmingly furnished apartment with vaulted ceilings and is located in a historical building reminiscent of the typical buildings on the Amalfi coast. It sleeps up to four people comfortably (one queen-sized bed and two sleeper sofas). Casa Linda is located very close to Casa Elisa and is conveniently located in one of the most famous historical neighbourhoods (Piazza Spirito Santo) and is approximately 60 square meters or (645 square feet). Casa Linda consists of: The living area eat-in style kitchen has a four-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils and a four-person dining table. Then you’ll find two twin-size sofas pull out, one flat-screen TV, a large window to a town view, an air conditioning/heating unit and WIFI. Please note that WI-FI speed on the Amalfi Coast is limited; browsing websites ( shopping online, online banking, social networks ) and checking e-mails can be adequate. It is unsuitable for downloading movies, games, songs or streaming videos. One master bedroom with a private bathroom. The room is very comfortable and has a soft Queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, an air conditioning/heating unit and high-speed WIFI. Bathroom full bathroom with shower (no tub), sink, toilet and bidet. Guest access Full access to the property Other things to note Please note that this property is based on a self-catering contract; you get only the property and the listed amenities; anything else is not mandatory. We try to be friendly and accommodate any request, but once in the property is entirely up to the client to buy what is necessary for the holiday and to organise your day-to-day needs. If anything breaks, we cannot guarantee to find maintenance on the same day; we will try our best to provide a fix, but again, if we do not find a maintenance service, this cannot be used for a bad review or a refund request. The rental price includes free WIFI, electricity, linens, and towels. FINAL CLEANING FEES upon arrival, you must pay Euro 160 for the final cleaning fees in cash or credit card. This includes toilet paper, linen, extra pillows, soap, hairdryer, iron. TOURIST TAX Upon arrival, you must pay the tourist tax of 3 Euros per person per night in cash. PROOF OF ID Italy has security standards that require every Host to record their guests' information: Italian law (named "DM Interno 07/01/2013")and communicate it to the Police Headquarters through the accommodations portal when they check in, without exception. For this reason, upon checking in, you must show a valid ID such as a driver's license or passport; the local representative will take a photo of the front and the back of all identity documents. LUGGAGE DROP Although we always strive to accommodate our client's requests, you booked a self-catering accommodation. Unfortunately, we do not have allocated staff or dedicated space for luggage drop before you check-in in the property. We cannot drop anything at the property before the check-in because the cleaning team is busy cleaning and sanitising the property for your arrival. SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit on check-in; this can be paid in cash if you are not happy to give a credit card for pre-authorisation. The amount is € 300. A security deposit is a set amount of money that guests pay to cover any damage to the property and other incurred costs (e.g. additional cleaning) during their stay. If there is damage, then a partial or no refund is given, dependent on the extent of the damage. The deposit is refunded to the guest if there isn't any damage. The security deposit will be returned, providing that no damage has been found in the property, either upon checking out if paid in cash or after 7 working days if a credit card has been used for the pre-authorisation. LATE ARRIVAL FEE If you arrive after 8:30 PM, you will be charged € 50 for the "Late Arrival Fee," which will be paid in cash upon check-in. The local agent responsible for your check-in will not be waiting longer than 23:00. After 23:00, I am afraid nobody will be staying at the property; you will need to organise your accommodation for the night and check in the following day. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS FOR EXTRAS Please note that for all the required payments for any extra service or extra fee you wish to pay with a credit card, an international fee exchange of 10% will be added, and payment will be taken with the equivalent amount in USD on the day of the payment.
