There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds. One bedroom has a single bed. And the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There is a small office space in the hallway upstairs for anyone traveling for work. Two full bathrooms upstairs. And a half bath downstairs. There’s a breakfast nook area and a dining room area downstairs. There’s a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups. Kitchen has pots, silverware, glassware, toaster, blender, deep fryer, and slow cooker available for use. Outdoor there is a propane gas burner available for use. Please make sure to turn off properly after every use of the propane gas burner. There is a small outdoor charcoal grill available . Please keep these outdoor items at least 20 feet from the property when in use. All beds have 400-600 count 100% percale or Egyptian cotton material for comfort. Between all stays; all linen, comforters, and bed pillows are cleaned with at least 140 degree temperature with Clorox bleach. Cleaning supplies will be located under the kitchen or bathroom cabinets. A few laundry products are in the laundry room for your use. First-aid kit and fire extinguisher is located under kitchen sink. CPI security system is installed and you are welcome to disarm or arm system with your code during your stay. NO cameras are inside the home. A carbon monoxide sensor is present in home. Extra AA, AAA, and 9 volt batteries are in laundry room cabinet. Guest access You will be able to access everything in the house except the garage area. Other things to note If you could be kind to please take off shoes, place them by the door inside the house. It will limit the spread of germs and bacteria throughout the home. I have Wednesdays scheduled for the pool company to come out and clean the pool. If you would be kind to let them use the right-side entrance outside facing the house to get to the backyard. They should know this, but sometimes there are different pool staff. The trash can needs to be placed on street curb on Tuesday mornings. The recycling bin needs to go to the street curb on Thursday mornings.
