The highlight is the large communal room where all guests can eat and celebrate together. There are seven bedrooms and three shower bathrooms. With its characteristic Eifel look, the holiday home can accommodate up to 21 guests. Pets are welcome! This historic Eifel house is very quietly situated in the small village of Zweifelscheid-Engelsdorf, in a tiny settlement in the middle of the idyllic nature of the Enz valley in the Neuerburger Land of the Eifel. It offers you a property of over 1000 m² and is only a few metres away from the already existing holiday home "Engelsdorf". The Enztal cycle path runs directly at the foot of the house and it is surrounded by hiking trails. Since the holiday home is also completely detached, it offers the ideal conditions for an undisturbed and relaxing holiday, whether with a large family or together with friends. After renovation and new construction work at the beginning of 2015, the Eifelhaus now shines in new splendour. With seven bedrooms and an area of 230 m², the holiday home with its characteristic Eifel charm offers space for up to 20 guests. The holiday home has two fully equipped living areas that can be connected with an intermediate door. This way you can stay with your friends under one roof, but at the same time you have enough privacy and time for yourself. The living area Eifelblick offers space for up to 13 guests. The non-smoking flat extends over two floors and offers a very large dining room (35m²) with five floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and two patio doors with access to the spacious garden on around 140m². A beautiful pellet stove as well as a cosy seating area invite you to enjoy cosy TV evenings (satellite LCD TV). The living room and also the kitchen (25m²) with the well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob with four cookers, microwave, fridge, freezer as well as toaster, coffee machine, kettle and other utensils leave nothing to be desired. For older guests, the ground floor has the Karlshausen bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), as well as a bathroom with a floor-level shower, washbasin, WC and urinal. Via a staircase you reach the upper floor. There are three more bedrooms: The children's bedroom Neuerburg is equipped with five sleeping possibilities, a catamaran bed (1 x 90 x 200 cm, 1 x 140 x 200 cm) as well as with a "normal" loft bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The bedroom Vianden has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), the other bedroom Ammeldingen offers a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a French bed (140 x 200 cm). Here, too, there is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC as well as the passage to the other living area. The second, approximately 90 m², modern attic living area Schwalbennest is furnished for up to seven guests and is accessible via the new side staircase. on the ground floor is the cloakroom, on the ground floor the passage to the neighbouring living area as well as the small bedroom Prüm with a French bed (140 x 190cm). There are two bedrooms in the attic. Of these, the bedroom Arzfeld is equipped with an exceptional triple loft bed (3 x 90 x 200 cm), the other bedroom Utscheid has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC. The main living area of about 35m² contains the kitchen as well as the dining and living area. The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment as well as toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The cosy seating area offers enough seating for up to six guests. A beautiful, large wood-burning stove with two viewing windows provides cosy warmth that can be enjoyed on the seating area. A large panoramic window with a view of the surrounding nature is an alternative to the large LCD TV. In front and behind the house are terraces with ample seating and tables. The front terrace is located in the sunny, southern area of the property. Sufficient parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. As the holiday home is close to 3 other holiday homes, the noise level should be adapted to the time of day in the evening and there should be quiet outside from 11 pm onwards. We therefore cannot recommend the holiday home for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults. Stag & hen parties are not welcome. Dog owners should note that the property is not fenced and it is therefore advisable to keep dogs on a lead. Guest access The entire holiday home is left to you for your sole use. Other things to note As the holiday home is close to 3 other holiday homes, the noise level should be adapted to the time of day in the evening and there should be quiet outside from 11 pm onwards. We cannot recommend the holiday home for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults. Stag parties or other drinking parties are undesirable!
