There is also a sauna, a gym, a hot tub a pool table and a great Chess area, as well as 4 total living areas with 3 total T.V.s . Guest access The entire home is accessible to you. You will not share the home with anyon Other things to note The house has its own private lake for swimming, fishing, paddle-boarding, etc. There is only one other home on the lake. Please note: I generally do not rent to large groups of college students or party people. I prefer families, or groups of friends who are professionals. This is not a party house. Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. ID required. Also, during the summer months of July & August I only host one week rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
