The full kitchen has full-size appliances - stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. A toaster and Keurig also included along with ads to get started. A washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are in the property. A beautiful wooden dining table to have a nice meal for six. The living area has comfortable seating and a Smart TV. The carport door has a smart lock. We do have some rules in place: No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property No events or parties. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or event. No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals.
