If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - 2 trifold mattresses with bedding are provided. - Please note that the Cowboy pool/tub is winterized and unavailable for use from November to April. - This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Cameras are located off the front driveway and both sides of the house. - Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages.
