Its location between mountains and sea makes it an ideal haven for a beautiful holiday, all in a quiet area. The space Welcome to the villa " la Palmeraie" which consists of the following: On the ground floor: - A large living/dining room with an area of 40 m2 overlooking two terraces with pool views. Refined decor offering all the amenities for a comfortable holiday ( large TV, reversible air conditioning ( only on the ground floor) large dining table for 8 people, armchairs and sofa bed for 2 beds); - A contemporary kitchen open to the living room with a central island, fully equipped ( oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking utensils, cutlery and glasses). - 1 double bedroom (140x190 bed) overlooking the covered terrace which has its own shower room and dressing room. -1 separate WC Upstairs: - 1 big double bedroom (160 x 200 bed), with a desk area and dressing room, - 1 x x bedroom (140 x 190 bed), with dresser and dressing room - 1 bathroom -1 separate WC Exterior: - 1 private swimming pool (not heated), - 1 covered terrace overlooking the pool with an outdoor lounge, - 1 uncovered terrace with a dining table for 8 people and a Weber barbecue. - 1 parking space within the property. - Sunbeds and outdoor furniture are at your disposal. General information: Beds made upon arrival are included as well as towels (one per person). Guest access - private pool (5x3.5m) - garden - terraces Other things to note For short stays, the minimum stay is 2 nights in order to be able to cover the fixed costs related to each rental. Short stays are only possible in the fall and spring. For the months of July in August, the minimum duration is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday only. Check-in: 3 p.m. Check-out: 12pm in low season and 11am in high season ( July, August and first two weeks of September ) Final cleaning, mandatory, is the one necessary to ensure the good hygiene of the property. This does not allow occupants to leave the villa in deplorable condition. Any excess dirt, beyond that resulting from good use by the father/mother of the family, will be subject to a flat-rate charge of €500 to be paid at the time of departure.
