On the ground floor, there's a family room and an adjacent kid's bedroom with a walk-in closet. You'll also find a convenient laundry room here. In the family room, there's a sofa-sleeper and a smart TV for your entertainment. The second floor is home to an open-concept living and dining area with a balcony boasting a partial ocean view, the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine as you soak in the serene atmosphere. The newly remodeled kitchen features modern appliances and is spacious and open, making meal preparation a breeze. Down the hallway, you'll discover two bedrooms and a powder room. One of the bedrooms is a king bedroom with a closet and another partial ocean view. The other bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and a closet, and right outside this bedroom is a full bathroom. The house also includes a two-car garage, with space for two more cars in the driveway. And the best part? It's just steps away from the sandy shores, with a wagon and beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and boogie boards all provided in the garage. Whether you want to bring the whole extended family or enjoy a getaway with another family, this home has something for everyone. Please note that there is a school across the street, so during school recess throughout the year, you might hear the joyful sounds of kids playing. Also bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plus detergent for your clothes. ✹ BABY GEAR: We have tried to make this house as baby-proof as possible. Some things like the spiral staircase are not possible. We have provided a crib, changing table, baby bath, rocking chair, as well as a few other items that can be requested. BEACH GEAR: We provide a wagon, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, blanket and beach towels. We try to keep boogie boards and other sand toys available too! ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a bright and airy designated workspace off of the primary bedroom on the third floor. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones?
