The space This furnished private studio apartment has your own entrance and outdoor patio area. Choosing to stay here is cheaper, cleaner and safer then a hotel room. If you click the pictures on the listing you can enlarge them to get a better view of apartment. No spaces are shared, you have the whole place to yourself. Its a nice clean open space with queen size bed, (Mattress protector included) There is also a blow up mattress if needed. There is a kitchen with small stove top, toaster oven, refrigerator, microwave, full dish set with pots/pans/utensils for cooking. keurig coffee machine with different types of coffee pods, light snacks for each guest and bottled water. Cleaning supplies and basic things you may need. Air conditioning and heat. Always cleaned and sanitized meticulously after each guest leaves with fresh towels and bedding (all washed twice). keypad entry door lock for easy access. There is a closet with hangers for clothes and space for storage in closet and under bed. Ironing board/iron. Blow dryer located in bathroom along with shampoo,conditioner, body wash etc. In the kitchen cabinet we have provided some menus for good places near by that deliver. There is a nutrimix blender, Tupperware, zip lock bags, tin foil and more available for you to use. Free street parking right outside the apartment. located between New York city and the hamptons. Near Robert Moses beaches, Jakes 58 Casino, Fire Island ferries, Belmont state park, shops on main street in islip and Babylon village, Tanger outlet stores, Bayshore mall and Walt Whitman mall and much more! If you are looking for transportation services, such as limousine for a night out on the town or to and from airport or any recommendations , please let us know. This is not a place for gatherings. Must turn off AC when you are not in the unit. No pets please as we are highly allergic to dogs, cats and other animals.
