The upper floor deck is located at tree canopy level and surrounded by an an Aspen/Poplar forest, an Amazon Tree House in Montana. There is much wildlife on and around the property. Dark sky for stargazing and camp fires. The villa is 2022 constructed with all modern and new kitchen amenities of home. The Villa is 10mi to St Mary and to Many Glacier. The space The villa has 2 Queen bedrooms with privacy doors. The living area has space for a double air matress or 2 single mattresses (provided on request) so the home can sleep 6 people. The villa is 1 mile from Highway 464 and is accessed via a road that travels to and past the Montana Duck Lake Lodge. Glacier Summit is a unique and spacious barn style 2 story Villa on the West side of Divide Ridge and overlooks the East Rockies. The upper deck is at tree canopy height providing almost a tree house experience. The views from the upper deck have no equal to any other vacation rental property on the East side of Glacier Park. There is a 270° view of the Rockies, St Mary Lake and the Continental Divide Ridge to the East and the sunset over the mountains. There is typically a variety of wildlife on and around that can home that include bear, deer, elk, fox and moose. Because of the remoteness from large towns, there is dark night sky for fantastic star gazing and wild camp fires. The cabin was built in 2022 with all new modern appliances and all amenities of your home. The Villa is a short 10mi to St. Mary and to Many Glacier park entrances. The property is 180 acre with walking trails on and on the adjacent to property. Guest access You have the entire house and adjacent 180 acres to explore. You can explore the area as well to the South of the home via trails, just close the gates when you enter and return. Recommended to take spray with you, there are cans located in each cabin by the door. Other things to note It is recommended to start hikes as early as possible, i.e. 7:30am as the lots get full and the sun can be intense due to the altitude. Coming down the trails at noon is much more fun that going up at that time. As well, the extra time allows you to explore and relax in the Many Glacier or St. Mary Hotels with a snack or drink.
