It is completely renovated, using its original materials!! with not a slight alternation of its traditional character. The residence is spread over two floors. On the upper floor there is a living room (with a double sofa bed) and the kitchen (outdoor). On the lower floor you will find the bedroom, with a double bed and a bathroom. Ideal for two people, while accommodates up to four. Guest access The traditional settlement of Ano Syros is built in escalations (on stairs) Because of this, access by metaphor is not possible within a settlement. Even so, the cottage is situated relatively close to an entrance to the settlement (called "Persian"), where there is free parking for cars. From there you need to walk about 2' on steps (about 60 steps). The entrance is shown on the map at the back (west) side of the settlement. If you want to get to it from two more distant entrances (Upper Terminal- San George and Camara) where it also has free parking. The traditional settlement of the Old Town of: “Ano Syros” is the first settlement of the Island. Dated among 1200 AD till now, it was built as a natural fortress, on top of a hill, so that to avoid pirates and other intruders. Therefore, the whole Town is built in different levels, through staircases. For this reason, access by means of transportation is not possible into the Town. However, the house is relatively close to an old Entrance of the settlement (named "Persinos"), where you might park your car, free of charge. From this point you will need to walk around 2’ min, climbing up stairs (about 60 steps distance, which is, relatively, close). This entrance is located at the rear (west) side of the settlement, so it is not very crowded or busy. However, If you like, you might also reach the house entering from two different Entrances (which are main, but a little bit further) named: “Ano Terma-San Tzortzis” and “Kamara”), where you might also find your self a free parking, for your vehicle, and then walk down, or up, to the house, by steps. Other things to note Cleaning Services Fees are charged for cleaning after leaving the apartment. The cost of cleanliness is charged once and is for cleanliness after the delivery of the apartment.
