The family room and primary bedroom have smart televisions with YouTube TV and all major streaming services. There is an office on the first floor with a desk space, WIFI, and brand new Vermont Castings gas fireplace. There is a booster in the home for cell service (there is no home phone). There is a Queen bedroom on the first floor with an adjacent full bath. The remaining three bedrooms (king, queen, 2 twins) are on the second floor, all with en-suite baths. There is a finished basement area with another full bath. An attached garage with parking for two cars is available for use. The garage has a Flo charging station for electric autos.
