The space Soundside Solace This custom-built home is located on the marsh side of the island and boasts fantastic views, a private walkway to the beach, and a screened deck. The open floor plan interior has high ceilings and a bright, airy feel. After a fun day on the beach, guests will love coming home to sink into the sofa for a movie night. When hunger strikes, prepare meals together in the well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops. Each of the five beautifully appointed bedrooms has its own private bathroom and a door that opens out onto a deck. Outside, a walkway leads you to a dock and the sound. When you return home an outdoor shower is available for you to rinse off the day's beach activities. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
