Bedroom #3 on 2nd floor Bright couzy, Double bed with shared washroom The space 110 Sq Ft with a Double bed, chest of draws, side table, dressing table and a desk with comfortable chair. facing the side of the house on the 2nd floor. The main floor, Kitchen, Lounge, dining area, laundry and powder room, is shared with all the guest and/or tenants as well myself. Guest access The air-duck in the house is fitted with UV (Ultra Violet) light sterilizing the air as it circulates throughout the house. Furthermore, I have also purchase additional UV and sanitize the house on regular basis and each room between bookings. UV light is used in Hospital to sterilize/disinfect. During your stay I live in the basement and I am usually at home most of the day, taking care of the daily needs, cleaning and other items. I have a car available for request or emergency.
