Our approved third party partner, Charge Automation, will verify your ID and collect your details to authorize the credit card hold for the security deposit. The security deposit is an authorization hold, not a charge. It's a temporary hold placed on your credit card the day before arrival; reserved to cover damages to the property. Guest access Guests may access all areas of the home and backyard. Front door keypad may be hard to see at night. Touch the keypad to illuminate the numbers and then enter your code. Other things to note Guests must not be disruptive to neighbors. This home is in a quiet, family community. No events or drop by guests without prior permission. If any complaints are received, you will be asked to vacate WITHOUT REFUND.
