This coastal self-catering holiday home has 3-bedrooms sleeping 6 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Modern kitchen and dining area - Separate living room with wood burner stove and smart Tv - Utility room for extra storage (from the utility area you have access to a washroom with toilet and sink) - Bedroom 1: kingsize ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: double sleeping 1 adult or 2 children - Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink and toilet Wifi is available and towels are provided. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3.
