Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, our property provides all of the comforts of home. Children and approved pets have the entire fenced yard. Relax on the patio after a long day of work with a drink in hand. Friends are sure to enjoy a friendly game of pool in the garage as well! Wifi access for all devices. The space 4 bedrooms to accommodate 8 guests- 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 3 full beds in the guest rooms Formal dining seating to accommodate 8. TVs in each guest room and the living area. Wifi through out. Two full bathrooms. Laundry room for guests use. Full kitchen Parking for two vehicles permitted Other things to note Traveling with your pet- there is a pet fee of $100 per approved pet with a maximum of 2 pets permitted. Please clean up after your pet,we greatly appreciate that you do! *Keep in mind, if you fail to inform us ahead of your arrival that you are traveling with your pet, we reserve the right to TERMINATE your reservation early OR charge a fee of $100 per pet in addition to the original pet fee. Video surveillance is activated when entering the home which ensures the security of the property. We have an electric entry system of which you will have your own numeric code to access the property. Yard maintenance will be completed, front and back of the property each week, for a brief amount of time. Should you be living with us at this time, we will try to avoid the back yard to ensure your privacy. Parties and events are not permitted on our property. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event that neighbors are disturbed, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Illegal activity in or on the property is not tollerated and will result in an immediate termination of the reservation. We truly hope that you'll enjoy your time spent living in our home.
