On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you'd like to remove any leaves or sand yourself. The windiest season is April through June ☆ Noise: Please note we are near the airport so you can see/hear the planes. Which we and our guests find it more entertaining than distracting! They do have a curfew. ☆ Air Conditioning: Our home and many other desert homes have fully functioning Air Conditioners however during the peak of summer when the outside temperature raises above 110 degrees, we recommend setting out AC thermostat to no less than 73 degrees as it can freeze our AC unit.
