LATE ARRIVAL: Checking in after 10 p.m. please be mindful of the noise level from opening and closing car doors, car lock beeps, etc. as neighbors are sleeping. You will be arriving in a residential neighborhood with children and pets. NOISE: Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. No loud music outside at any time of day. Parties and/or large gatherings are not permitted at this property in any shape or form. Guests are required to pay all fines incurred from violating local ordinances. DAMAGE: Guests are financially responsible for any items damaged in the house during their stay. Cost of damages will be taken out of the deposit. If the damage costs exceed the deposit amount, guests may be subject to additional charges to fix or replace damaged items. To reduce fire risks, there will be no open flames or candles allowed for your safety. SMOKING/VAPING: Marijuana is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Smoking & vaping is prohibited indoors. LIABILITY: Guests agree the owner shall not be liable for any damages or injury to guest, guest’s family, guests, agents, or employees while in our home. Guest is responsible for any lost items in the home and repair of any damage to the home caused by guest, guest’s family, guests, agents, or employees and agrees to replace such loss and or repair such damage at guest’s expense. Guest agrees to indemnify and save harmless Owner from any & all costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney fees, suits, claims or demands whether from loss of life, damage to the property, or injury to the Guest, guest’s agent, family, or guest entering the property of every kind and nature.
