This listing includes BOTH units (Seashore + Shoreside), total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 hot tubs, 2 laundry rooms, entertainment room (75" smart TV, home theater seating & arcades) and 2 garages with ping-pong tables, air hockey & games. The space The property is very spacious and large enough for families and friends to rent together as a group. In the summer, you'll be able to enjoy the view on the large patio areas with barbecues and walk back and forth to the beach (200m walk). In the winter, you'll definitely appreciate the hot tubs, fire pits, in-floor heating and electric fireplaces! Please note that we accept up to 12 guests in this unit, but this includes a twin day bed with twin pull-out and a twin over double bunk bed. As such, the units would be most comfortable for 8-10 adults. Please review the information about bedrooms and beds before making your reservation. Guest access This listing includes the rental of BOTH units together (Seashore + Shoreside). The two units are connected through a fire-rated door in their respective garages. When this listing is selected (both units rented), the door in between the units will remain unlock for the duration of the stay. Guests also have access to a private fitness center (spin bike, rower, dumbbells, barbell, etc.) and infrared sauna in a separate building behind the units. Other things to note There is no cable. You can use the various apps on the smart televisions and login to YOUR various accounts: Apple / Itunes, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Bell/Eastlink or other service provider online access, Youtube, Disney +. These are only available if YOU have an account. Don't forget to bring your usernames and passwords with you! Amenities state a Pack n Play is available, however it is not readily available in the unit. Please ensure you request it for your stay so we can leave it in the unit you booked. The hot tub in the Seashore unit is for 4 adults while the hot tub in the Shoreside unit is for 2-3 adults.
