The upstairs bedroom consists of the master bedroom and master bath, second bedroom with bathroom. The third bedroom is in the basement with its own full bathroom with tv and couch and has its own entrance to the rear yard with its on deck. Since basements can be cooler than the rest of the home although above grade in the rear, we do provide additional heat with heaters. Where is home located? How far are the activities?
