Winter months are spectacular here in Heritage downtown Collingwood. The location speaks for itself as it is right around the corner from the main strip, within walking distance to all the best shopping, boutiques, and other experiences. You’ll experience a showcase of lights and sounds on the main strip right around the corner. Take some time to discover the property and its surroundings. Great backyard space with many lounging spots to relax and unwind or perhaps you and your group want to end the evening by the fire pit sipping on some local wine that you may have hand packed from the nearby wineries, and making s’mores. Take advantage of cooking that great bbq on the fully equipped Weber barbecue. Propane & bbq utensils are always included. Please know that the fire pit and barbeque may be unavailable due to severe weather conditions and snow over the winter months. The mud room is perfect for coats, boots and some ski gear, in the winter months and beach towels flip flops etc during summer months. Full access to extra large fully fenced backyard. Driftwood on 6th has a cozy and well thought out common space for you and your group to relax and enjoy for some R & R or Movie night, game night or curling up with a good book out of the library bookshelf, by an electric fireplace. Very large backyard, and a large outdoor patio, fully equipped with out door seating and a registered bylaw fire pit surrounded by muskoka chairs. Firewood, kindling and s’mores sticks are provided of course. Bring your dogs to have a run in this fully fenced and gated backyard. Explore the neighbourhood with short walks with beautiful views and unique properties. Parking for six cars on driveway. Winter Snow removal of driveway included. Large covered front porch with cozy Hauser outdoor furniture. Public and paid parking is available throughout the Collingwood and Blue mountains area. All provincial parks and beaches require paid parking generally in the $20 dollar range. Please note that the property is equipped with doorbell & driveway camera. Other things to note Collingwood is all about hospitality. April,May & June is bachelorette season. Lots of fun restaurants and bars await you and your group to cheer on the soon to be bride. Bachelorette packages are available upon request. Driftwood on 6th loves the holiday and ski season and we take pride in always dressing up our home for the holidays.
