Palapa Rafael is a truly unique and stylish 2 story 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Located on the main street in the delightful village of San Pancho, 2.5 blocks from the beach. This home has a spacious, open upstairs main floor with soaring palapa roof and a large comfortable palm shaded patio fronting the street that you will have trouble leaving. It is well furnished with local art and comfortable furniture and many spaces to relax. Full of light and great air flow with a wide open design. The space The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, a full kitchen, a large patio, and an open, spacious feel. One bedroom has a full size bed, the other has a bunkbed, with a full below and a twin above. The patio overlooks the main street, and allows guests to observe and experience the energy and flow of the town. The downstairs is a self contained spacious studio style apartment, with a queen bed, full bath, full kitchen of it's own, and a nice living area as well. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and there are fans throughout the space in the sleeping and living areas. The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare food. Since you are located right in the middle of town, everything you need is right outside your door, including the produce stand, grocery store, shops, coffee, restaurants, etc. It's 2.5 blocks straight down the street to the beach. There is a small heated pool in the backyard, with an outdoor kitchen and a gas grill, as well as a heated outdoor shower for rinsing off before/after using the pool or getting back from the beach. Guest access Location is right on Main Street in the heart of town. A very short walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants are literally steps from your front door. Parking is on the street wherever you find it, sometimes requires parking along nearby side streets depending on how busy town is. Once in town, you won't need a car since everything is so close. Other things to note Of course I am not biased at all...:) but this is truly a unique and delightful property and unrivaled location that represents the best way to experience San Pancho. It's a wonderful pueblo, home to a vibrant community and a great place to spend time. NOISE: Here's the deal - you are on the Main Street of a busy little pueblo. It typically quiets down at a reasonable hour, but some weekend nights there is live music in town, etc and it may not quiet down early. The bedooms are insulated and closed off, and there are fans and white noise machines that help, but if you are very sound sensitive you may have some trouble. The downstairs bedroom is much quieter since it fully closes up with thick brick/block walls and heavy hardwood doors, thus if some members of your party are more sensitive to sound you can put them downstairs where sound is not much of an issue.
