This premier unit sleeps four. Fourteen steps up from the entry foyer, you'll find the living room with a flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Please note that the wood-burning fireplace is not available for use. There's a fully functional kitchen, and the dining room seats four. The space The bedroom offers a queen bed, a TV, and one full bath. Sunridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. In the summer, you can relax on the deck with a grand view of the mountains. There is no gas grill available. This unit is ski-in/ski-out with on-trail access, weather permitting, and shuttle service is also available. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two depending on location, with plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the communities. All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue.  During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis / basketball courts only. However, our condo guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required). Experience the magic of a Seven Springs vacation!
