The space Our home is a secluded & private property, designed with relaxation in mind. Completely renovated in 2019, our Tropical Oasis offers interior spaces beautiful enough to be featured in a design magazine. The kitchen is designed and equipped for both indoor and outdoor cooking to enjoy time with your friends or family. Guest access Guests have access to entire property Strong WiFi throughout, a Smart TV in the living room, & a Wireless speaker for your enjoyment. Other things to note There are external cameras on the property please be truthful when stating the number of guests staying on the property during your reservation. Also please make sure to read house rules. NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING AT any time INSIDE THE UNIT. There will be a $500 penalty for smoking inside the unit. NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED We do charge an early check-in and late check-out fee when available. Price varies according to the time selected. We use communication software where all guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide their ID prior to arrival info being sent out. The minimum age to rent the property is 25 years old. Please note there is a noise ordinance in North Bay Village from 10pm -8AM which means no noise of any kind that can be heard by the neighbors including talking and music… this can be found in the house rules and is strictly enforced thank you! Guests, please understand that Miami is located in a tropical climate and that insects and lizards flourish in this environment. If doors are not kept closed, small visitors can enter. Although the management will use their best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Please know that security cameras are in the outside of the unit for the safety of all guests staying in the property; tampering, covering or moving them without the consent of the host will be subject to a $100 fine, thanks for helping us taking care of our property
