Relax in the cool Coastal Breeze or enjoy a peaceful walk down the Beach. Our Beach house is located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and only steps away from the Beach! You can sit on the front porch or relax in the back yard under the Oak Tree that is hundreds of years old and feel the ocean breeze. This stunning two bedroom, two full bath home was upgraded and features stainless steel appliances and granite throughout. The master shower is a focal point of the home and loved by our guests. The space When you enter through the front door, you will find yourself in the front living room area. One bedroom comes off of this living room area and the other bedroom comes off of the other living room area. The bedrooms have queen beds and there is also a queen size sofa sleeper pull out in the front living room. Flat screen TVs are in both living areas along with cable and Wi-Fi. Stainless steel appliances, and Granite are throughout the house. There is a beautiful glass shower in the master and most of our guest get the wow factor when they see it. We also have a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience along with two bicycles, a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, toys and plenty of beach towels if you want to relax in the sun on the beach. Most of these items are located in the storage container in the back yard. There is a propane grill in the backyard, a fire pit, and plenty of seating to enjoy under the hundred year old Oak Trees around the home. There is also dish detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, towels, wash clothes, extra sheets, blankets, pillows, pots, pans, and all utensils to make you feel right at home. This home is fully stocked and furnished. The home was completely remodeled and upgraded throughout. It features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two separate living areas and with a beautiful kitchen. The beach is only about the length of a football field from the home. Most of our guests walk or ride the bikes to the beach but if you want to drive there is also free parking along the beach. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property including the front and back yard. The only access not available to guests is the small owners closet were we keep supplies. The entire property is only accessed by our guests. Other things to note If your arriving early and the house is available we will be glad to give you an early check in or make arrangements that fit for you. The afternoon before check-in a random door code will be generated. It will be sent to you along with other check-in instructions around 5pm. We offer an easy self check-in! Please no smoking in our home. We have worked hard to get this home and would like to keep it as nice as it currently is. You will be satisfied! There is plenty of seating in the front or back yard for smoking. There are two security cameras on the entry ways to the house. These cameras record 24/7 for security purposes only. There are no cameras inside of the home, only on the exterior.
