A full kitchen allows you to cook your own meals with a mini-fridge, microwave, hot plate, mini-hood, and sink are all included in this private kitchen in the apartment. The bathroom features a sink, toilet, and shower with hot water. Keep cool during the day and night with your own private air conditioning system in the apartment. The apartment also features a patio with a seating area that offers natural light and a place to relax. Safe and secure, this apartment is on the second floor of a building with a private residence entrance from the street. There is a supervisor/cleaning lady on the first floor during the day and we have a Security Guard in the reception during the night for your safety and security. We do not have onsite parking, however, we can recommend that you pay to park at Parqueo Avenida 6, which is one block away from our building.
