Please read description very carefully The space Economically priced renovated older home with new bathrooms and very large back yard. This home is consistently priced on the lower side when compared to similar 4 bedroom homes with a pool and Jacuzzi. I price it that way because it’s not in a glitzy neighborhood. Another reason for the discount is its an older home which means that although big in total its carved into several smaller spaces like most homes of its period. I want to be clear it’s a safe working class neighborhood with lots of friendly people. I’ve never had any problems nor have I had anything taken from me ever and when there I always leave my car doors unlocked. If you’re looking for a cheaper house that’s clean with lots of sleeping space, private parking, a big backyard that you can really stretch your legs enjoy a BBQ and take a dip in the pool, my place is for you. If you need the modern open space new home in the perfect trendiest of neighborhoods that’s great I think you will need to open your wallet a little wider and look elsewhere. Another disclaimer it’s an older home we do use air purifiers and air fresheners to make the house smell nice. If you’re sensitive to smells or have strong allergies this won’t be a good fit.
