Located in a nice quiet street in inner Wendouree. There are 3 generous sized bedrooms. All 3 have a solid queen size beds with quality brand name mattresses . Sleeps 6 however there is a single bed mattress in the third bedroom giving the option to sleep 7. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning and 2 high efficiency gas heaters Kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils for cooking. There is a coffee machine also but at this stage i don't know anything about it so byo coffee until i get it sussed out. Fully equipped laundry. Carport\off street parking for 3 cars There is a major shopping complex only a few minutes walk or local shops just around the corner. Short drive to Lake Wendouree, sporting complexes, etc
